Welcome to the Steelcase DealerWeb Support Desk. We have migrated the support desk to Zendesk, which gives us many new additional features that will allow us to better serve you.
To get started, you will need to login with your Steelcase OneLogin credentials to access all the training articles. We’ve made this change to ensure that the content is secure. To access, you can follow the steps below or watch the video below for more details (the video can be enlarged by clicking the icon in the lower right corner of the video).
Login Instructions
1. You must login or register to access the secured content. Click Sign In in the upper right-hand corner.
2. You will see a pop-up. If this is your first time, click sign up. If you are returning, enter your Steelcase OneLogin credentials login details.
3. If this is your first time and you clicked sign up, please check your email to confirm your account. If you don't see the email in your Inbox, please check your junk mail too.
4. If you do not have access, please contact us at dealerweb@steelcase.com so we can assist you.
Using the Steelcase DealerWeb Support Desk
You can use this Support Desk site to report an issue, request a content update for a DealerWeb Lite site, or suggest an enhancement idea. Please submit this form to generate a ticket for our Support Team.
